Mother's Log November 2013 (1-20)

Nov 2:
Last day of Soccer!  Hurray!  We get our Saturdays back!  I will miss it though.

 

Nov 3:
We got our first real snowfall of the season!

 

Kassi takes 29 steps!!!!

 

Nov 5:
Kassi has given up crawling altogether. She prefers to walk now. :). Her favorite walking route is between my kitchen cabinets and the garbage can....  She is obsessed with the garbage can. It makes me worry. We have recently had our car keys and my battery charger with the camera battery in it disappear!  I have never had a kid take my battery charger out of the wall and cause it to completely vanish before.

 

Nov 7:
Jeremy heads out of town again for a couple days. I have come down with a nasty cold. Joy.

 

Nov 14:

We are all sick.  Everyone is sniffling and Emmy has a fever.  And SEP's have been throwing off my routine all week!  Kassi's still not sleeping and I'm cranky.  Good news, though... Jeremy is back and done traveling for a bit!! 

 

Nov 18

Kassi has been walking around the house blowing on her sister's recorder.  She has also started randomly talking on a pretend phone.  Out of nowhere this morning she held her hand up to her ear and started having a conversation with someone.  She's getting so big.

Sami handed me a "maturation presentation" permission slip today.  I about had a panic attack.  I've talked with her a little bit about babies and reproduction over the last year but I am so not ready for her to be thinking about puberty!
